Elevation:Combination of structural glazing with appropriate shatter proof glass as per design, aluminum panel cladding & texture paint. South – Full, East_ Full, North- Half.
Flooring:Granite Flooring in common areas and Acid resistant anti-skid ceramic tiles in Toilets. And 2x4 flooring tiles of Khajaria or equivalent. . Parking tiles in South and East Side
Toilets:Glazed ceramic tiles dado upto 7’-0” ht in all toilets. All Sanitary fixtures area of Parryware or equivalent make & white in colour. All CP fittings are chrome plated of Jaquar of equivalent.
Plumbing & Sanitary Services:Necessary sewerage arrangements shall be provided as per design requirements. Water sumps & pumps as per design.
Electrical Facilities:Electrical power for all units with separate distribution boards. Power supply arrangements @ 5 KVA per 1000 Sq. Ft. Lighting for common area such as corridors, parking areas as per standards.Concealed copper wiring with FINOLEX for suitable gauge for lights and power points for ACs and lifts.Substation with required transformers capacity and has duct/cable to each units.
Lifts:4 Lifts of schindler make shall be provided.
Communication System Facility:Telephones cables for every unit as per design. One intercom point in each unit to communicate with other units.
Security & Surveillance Facility:CCTV Systems with cameras in every lobby and parking.
